Associate Professor of Statistics at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", and vice-director of the Msc in Procurement Management. He undertook for the Italian School of Public Administration various reports on the procurement behavoiur of the Italian PA, and was coordinator of the Sardinia Project on "Sportello Appalti Imprese". He was adviser for the World Bank in 2007 and for the Istituto nazionale per il Commercio Estero. He also participated to the anti-corruption project “For a culture of integrity in the PA” promoted by the Italian School of Public Administration. He currently runs the yearly report for Assoconsult on Management Consulting. His research interests are on statistical methods on Data Mining, efficacy and efficiency index.
